Positioning Revo as the voice of retail property

Redwood supported the research, campaigning and events activity of Revo, the professional body and authoritative voice for UK retail property, across a full-range of communications disciplines.

The team’s skills, expertise and experience in the property sector, as well as its wide industry client base, meant it was ideally placed to help position Revo on the issues that affected its broad membership – including property owners, developers, investors, asset managers, retailers, consultants, shopping centre managers and public sector employees.

Redwood actively placed Revo front and centre on national issues such as Sunday trading, planning policy, business rates and high-street regeneration – helping Revo to speak up for members and wider industry and engage with officials, policy-makers and decision-makers – to shape policy debate and influence decisions.

Drawing on Revo’s established footfall research, Redwood positioned Revo as the voice of the retail industry and a lead commentator on the business repercussions of the London tube strikes – resulting in front page coverage in City AM and on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Redwood also played a key role at Revo’s annual conference, the UK’s largest B2B marketplace for UK retail real estate, managing communications and media relations for Revo’s senior management team and involving VIP conference speakers, exhibitors and delegates.
