On behalf of client Threadneedle Property Investments, Redwood has put together a PR and marketing campaign to help drive footfall to the centre by bringing innovative local art initiative - "Art in Unusual Spaces" - to the beautifully restored building.

The first exhibition took people through a literal tour of Leeds' vibrant history and the second, which took place on 31st July, saw 46 artists creating pieces of art in times ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour.  The event was a huge success and shoppers were entertained for a hectic hour as the artists hurried to complete their pieces in the allotted time. The impressive array of final pieces is on display on the second floor of the building until the end of August.  The 19th Century Grade One listed building is fast becoming home to Leeds' creative, innovative and independent retail enterprises.
