Redwood’s Public Affairs team advises on election outcome

14 May 2010

Following the most hotly contested election for 13 years Redwood has been advising its clients on how the outcome will affect their assets and projects both from a Westminster and local perspective.  With all 32 London Boroughs electing new councillors and many other local elections also taking place on the same day around the country, Redwood's Public Affairs team has been working furiously to provide our clients with clear and structured strategies for each project.

Following the result, the focus will now move onto understanding how much of the Conservative's "localism" agenda will be implemented and whether some of the more contentious elements such as third party appeals will be shelved as the manifesto commitments are turned into policy.  For more information on the elections or how the new government or changes to local authorities will affect your asset or project please contact James Sachon 020 7828 5553.
