Who are you?

Do you know what your business is?

These questions may seem a bit "full-on" but they need to be answered before you can start communicating as a business. And they're what we'll have to ask if we're going to do a good job for you.

We want to know everything about what makes your business tick. That knowledge enables us to represent you appropriately, and to work with you on developing the messages that will support and enhance your business.

There's an informal and formal side to this process. First of all, we want to talk to you and all the people in your business who feed into the communications process. Then we think you need to know how the outside world views you. This can involve everything from interviewing main business contacts, analysing past press coverage through to formal Perception Audits which will identify your key audiences and what they think of you.
