thecentre:mk is one of the largest under-cover shopping areas in Europe, incorporating over 230 shops and attracting circa 30million visits a year. The centre is owned jointly by Hermes Real Estate and Prudential and is currently undergoing at £20million enhancement programme. Cushman & Wakefield Investors are the asset managers and PRUPIM are the development managers on the scheme.
Redwood has two distinct roles on this project; we act on behalf of the joint owners to coordinate the corporate communications surrounding the news and achievements of the current asset and we also run the communications team (including public affairs and planning specialists) for the development project.
