Wereldhave is independent property company setup in the thirties. The company has over £2.5 billion worth of assets across Europe including 16 shopping centres across five European countries. In December 2010, Wereldhave bought the 530,000 sq ft Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole, Dorset.
