- Responding to these significant shifts in market, and from our detailed conversations with our valued clients, we’ve consolidated our considerable experience in delivering strategic, overarching communications view on major development and regeneration projects. This is being spearheaded by Christina Gillings as our new Head of Developments. Christina is a communications consultant with vast experience in handling complex development programmes, juggling multiple project stakeholders and building a compelling narrative that grows with the scheme. At Redwood, Christina leads one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects – the £1bn St James Quarter, Edinburgh – which is set to complete in 2021 following a five-year programme of works in the World Heritage site.
- Gabriel Abulafia, a highly experienced public affairs practitioner, joins Redwood as Head of Political and Stakeholder Engagement to lead the firm’s growing public affairs practice. We are experts in community, political and media engagement, innovative in pushing new ideas, backed with proven methodology. Our development experience includes mixed-use, retail, workspace and residential schemes across the length and breadth of the UK, from Scotland to Southwark. As we continue to deliver pre-planning advisory and consultation programmes across the country, Gabriel will bring his experience and knowledge of the political factors shaping policies on the ground and how it may influence and inform behaviour and decision making.
