Our culture

We have a very sociable and friendly culture at our mews offices in Victoria, be it at Friday drinks (and the highly competitive end of week quiz), or at regular team activities, challenges and social events. A comprehensive events calendar offers opportunities to network and build industry relationships at all levels of the business. We promote opportunity, equality and individuality.


As an agency, Redwood actively seeks to grow and nurture talent within the business. There is a real focus on professional development, with a mentoring programme and an internal training schedule, as well as quarterly company away days for team building and knowledge sharing.

My Journey

I joined Redwood Consulting as an Intern in 2011 and have worked my way up to Associate Director. I work on a fantastic range of clients, and have been given the training and support needed to broaden my knowledge and expertise.

I find it incredibly rewarding to be a line manager, supporting members of my team in achieving their objectives, challenging them and helping them to explore new areas for growth. I love Thrifty Thursday (the day before payday) when we go out for lunch as a team – it’s a lovely bonding experience and a treat too.
