Redwood delivered targeted international communications for AMF Fastigheter, one of Sweden’s largest real estate companies, on a campaign basis. These activities were focussed on the firm’s long-term approach to investment and ongoing revitalisation of downtown Stockholm, to complement the wider communication effort of its parent company AMF Pension in Sweden.
As part of its overarching approach, Redwood provided strategic marketing communications consultancy and PR services to raise awareness of the company and promote Stockholm as the business and retail destination of choice to an international audience.
AMF Fastigheter (AMF Real Estate) focusses on urban commercial office and retail premises in the City of Stockholm. It is driving the transformation and revitalisation of the downtown area of the Swedish Capital through the creation of innovative new districts, fresh street environments and emerging city hubs.
Recent activities have included conducting all international media around a unique collaboration with Minecraft and a class of local school children, who virtually designed their future city centre using the technology.
