FUSE – St James Quarter

FUSE is an innovative retail and hospitality centre, setting new standards for skills, training, recruitment and career support in Edinburgh. Redwood worked with the team at FUSE to drive a first-class customer service experience and enhance the appeal of retail and hospitality sector careers to encourage employment in Edinburgh.

FUSE is a tool to enable change, working with social enterprise, voluntary sector partners and citywide stakeholders to encourage businesses to ‘buy in’ to the benefits, with a resulting collaborative approach.

Having set the communications strategy for FUSE, Redwood was responsible for delivering this alongside all partners. This includes chairing regular meetings with the steering group, and tactical delivery including media relations to raise the profile of FUSE that ensure the initiative is delivering value that local people recognise.
