Leisure World, Southampton

Redwood worked with Sovereign Centros to deliver a digital consultation programme for its proposals for the redevelopment of the Leisure World site and surrounding industrial land in the heart of Southampton City Centre. The project is the largest regeneration the city has seen for two decades and will be central to region’s post COVID-19 economic revival.

The proposals deliver a modern mixed-use complex including a cinema, casino and hotels, in addition to new homes, retail space, leisure uses and offices. The plans for the site, which sits within the Mayflower Quarter, will also introduce improved public realm, creating new linkages from the city centre to its historic waterfront.
