Capital & Regional is a specialist property company which owns and manages retail and leisure properties across the UK. Redwood worked with the REIT for over a decade, delivering a fully integrated communications service and acting as the company’s brand guardians.
Activity centred on corporate profile-raising, supporting the company’s senior management and positioning Capital & Regional as an active, responsible and innovative retail property company. We also carried out asset management and leasing PR for individual assets, crisis communications across Capital & Regional’s portfolio and provided strategic marketing support, working with the team on events such as BCSC as well as portfolio wide marketing initiatives.
Redwood is currently responsible for asset management and leasing PR for The Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch. We also provide public affairs support to Capital & Regional and our team has coordinated public exhibitions at The Mall Camberley, The Mall Maidstone and The Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch.
