As well as delivering a £1.5 billion investment and redevelopment plan in the heart of London’s West End, The Crown Estate has a £1.8 billion portfolio of commercial assets outside of London alone, making it one of the country’s largest owners of prime retail property.
Redwood provided The Crown Estate with PR and stakeholder engagement support for its regional portfolio which is part of the business’s wider Urban portfolio. It is predominantly made up of a number of retail assets in dominant regional locations, as well as a number of industrial and office investments.
Redwood worked closely with the relevant asset managers and communications team to deliver targeted national communications activity on key transactions, aligning with the regional strategy. Our political communications team advised and conducted bespoke political audits for a number of specific assets and this joined up approach to communications helped to reinforce and promote The Crown Estate’s reputation as a successful twenty-first century property manager, developer and investor.
