Cribbs Mall have been a long-term client for Redwood, and we have worked closely with the joint owners to support the shopping centre’s asset management and leasing programme.
As one of the West Country’s leading retail and leisure destinations, Cribbs Mall has managed to go against the recent decline suffered by other retail centres across the UK and has managed to reach close to 100% occupancy.
After supporting the centre with its customer-facing messaging, as it reopened following the pandemic, Redwood has worked with the team at Cribbs Mall to promote the flurry of new lettings as well as its popular Christmas activations.
Redwood produced press releases announcing key lettings to H Beauty, Polestar, Victoria’s Secret, The Entertainer, and Mango, which were all covered by local Bristol media, as well as the national retail and real estate trade titles.
The media promotion of these new arrivals has supported the centre’s asset management and leasing teams in their negotiations with prospective new retailers.
