Redwood established TSP as 'the Camden Agents' through an extensive and targeted coverage in key press.
Established in 2009 by Zac Goodman and Yonni Abramson, TSP had grown quickly to become 17 professionals servicing 200 clients and over 1,000 properties when Redwood was bought on board to run a 12 month profile raising campaign six years later.
Originally working only for the third sector, TSP was looking to expand its business to real estate investors with one ambition – to become known as ‘The Camden Agent’ among investors.
Redwood’s 12 month campaign was media focused and resulted in extensive coverage across the property press, including regular TSP data reports on the front pages of Estates Gazette, a profile piece of Zac and Yonni in Property Week and expert comment on Camden on CoStar, which was picked up by TSP target clients.
As part of the campaign, Redwood also helped to achieve the shortlist for two Property Week Awards including niche agency of the year for TSP and Young Property Personality of the Year for the dynamic duo, who had launched their second company, NorthHill, before the age of 30.
