Last month, our lovely client Lincolnshire Co-op celebrated a major milestone in its five-year £70million Cornhill Quarter regeneration programme in Lincoln city centre. With the completion of Phase 3 works, Lincolnites were able to welcome five new brands to the City – the luxurious Everyman Cinema, The Botanist cocktail bar and restaurant and fashion brands Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles. In these unprecedented times, the opening of major new fashion and leisure reflects real confidence in the City, testament to the Co-op’s long-term vision.
Here is CEO Ursula Lidbetter talking to @BBCnews Look North from the stunning new Exchange Square.
Working closely with each of the brands and operators, we developed a media plan in order to bring together various spokespeople and photography. In addition to BBC Look North, we welcomed BBC Radio Lincolnshire to interview our spokespeople at The Botanist, where the journalist even got to learn about cocktail making.
The Cornhill Quarter is a real game changer for Lincoln, bringing a competitive advantage to draw visitors from across the region, celebrating the City’s heritage appeal with a curated retail and leisure offer.
