Congratulations to our clients, KMDC, on submitting proposals to redevelop land at Atlip Road in Alperton, Brent. The proposals to redevelop the site will provide 885 homes including co-living, shared equity, market housing and a substantial proportion of family homes available at London Affordable Rent. The proposals also provide a new, landscaped pedestrian connection between Alperton Station and the Grand Union Canal along with high quality new community space and space to support local creative industries. Our local consultation has involved door-to-door discussions with the site’s near neighbours and several workshops with pupils at the neighbouring Alperton Community School.
