Working closely with HREIML’s corporate communications team, Redwood co-ordinated the launch announcement of HREIML’s new US fund across the national and trade press.

With HREIML’s JV partners based in the US and Singapore, the announcement needed to marry three different time zones; with specific timing dictated by the launch being publicised on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

An exclusive interview was granted with the Financial Times in order to ensure international investor awareness of the fund, while Property Week was granted exclusivity of the story on a trade level. An agreed press release was distributed following the news breaking in the FT with good coverage achieved across national, international and trade publications.
