Karolin Forsling, Head of Retail and Development, AMF Fastigheter, has been recognised as a leading global innovator in the future of the built environment, as part of UBM’s Future Cities 100 list. She has been awarded the ranking specifically for her work in the city centre of Stockholm. The ranking, which includes names like Bill and Melinda Gates, Bill Clinton, Michael Bloomberg and Ken Livingstone, celebrates those who go above and beyond to fundamentally change the course of global city development.

Karolin’s inclusion in the Future Cities 100 is testament to her commitment to the regeneration and revitalisation of the Swedish capital. By working with other major landowners and Stockholm City Council, she has accelerated the process of regeneration and has put Stockholm on the map of world class urban environments.
