London Executive Offices (LEO), a leading provider of luxury serviced office space, virtual offices and meeting rooms, has announced that it has launched the ninth floor of Nova South, a prime building in Victoria, SW1. Redwood Consulting attended the launch of the property, which has attracted strong demand from LEO’s customers, with almost 70% of the Grade A office space already let.

LEO announced in February 2017 that it had boosted its portfolio of prime London assets by completing the lease of the ninth floor of Nova South. The space has been designed to a high specification and was acquired on a 17-year lease directly from Landsec.

Redwood is supporting LEO’s growth at a time when the commercial property sector is seeing continued occupier demand for flexible, high-quality serviced office space in prominent locations. We have implemented a corporate communications programme, which encompasses profile-raising, media and stakeholder engagement.

Beth Hampson, Commercial Director at LEO, said:

“We are delighted with the strong demand and uptake at Nova South, leading to the prime space already being almost 70% occupied by a diverse range of businesses. Our customers are increasingly recognising Victoria as a key growth area and business hub, with the impressive Nova development proving to be a go-to destination, attractive to companies across a wide spectrum of sectors and sizes.

“We look forward to building on LEO’s track record as the provider of choice for luxury serviced office accommodation in London’s most prominent addresses, with further leases of this prime space, as well as continuing with our overall growth strategy for our rapidly expanding portfolio.”
