Redwood was delighted to support long standing client, LandAid, in announcing the appointment of Paul Morrish as Chief Executive Officer following the departure of Joanna Averley in October. The Property Industry Charity is also happy to announce that Liz Peace CBE will take up the position of Chair as Robin Broadhurst steps down after seven years.
Paul joins LandAid from VoiceAbility, where he is currently Deputy Chief Executive. With a proven track record for success in increasing both turnover and support for VoiceAbility, Paul brings a wealth of fundraising and charity development experience to LandAid. He will focus on marrying this with the philanthropic spirit of the property sector to create and develop existing corporate partnerships and reinforce LandAid’s position as the industry’s charity.
Liz has been closely involved in the charity as a trustee since 2003 and will be retiring from the British Property Federation where has she been Chief Executive for the last 12 years.
Extensive coverage was achieved across the trade press as a result of the announcement. Redwood will continue to work with the LandAid board to introduce Paul to the industry and support Liz as she takes up her new role. Both will start their positions in February 2015.
