As part of Redwood Consulting’s communication role with Arendon Developments, we recently announced that the developer is starting the first phase of its €400 million Oaks Prague development, on the outskirts of the Czech capital.
The scheme, which comprises 220 residential units and a hotel, spa and 18-hole golf course, has had input from a number of talented architects from several countries, including the UK.
Construction of the first 71 dwellings will commence next month and, with the golf course already underway and due to complete in Spring 2019, as well as the hotel and spa set to begin construction in March 2018, the scheme is well on its way to becoming one of the Czech Republic’s premium developments.
The development features homes designed by UK-based Duggan Morris Architects, Haptic, John Pardey Architects, Hall McKnight, McGarry-Moon Architects and JTP.
Redwood has supported Arendon’s international communications strategy for Oaks Prague. Alongside the release of new CGIs and more on the development timeline, Redwood secured headline coverage in the The Architects’ Journal, which strongly emphasised the success of the rising stars of British architecture practices’ involvement in the scheme.
