Redwood Consulting was recently appointed on a project basis to help Seneca Partners announce the launch of its new property division, Seneca Property Investments, and the acquisition of a £20 million portfolio of six branded business centres known as “BIZ HUB” from vendor M20.
Working with the Seneca Property team, Redwood advised on the messaging and press release content before pitching the announcement to key trade media contacts. An interview with Property Week was arranged by Redwood for the Managing Director of Seneca Property on an exclusive basis, resulting in the announcement being published as the lead story in the magazine’s finance pages.
Coverage was also secured in numerous other target publications including CoStar, Professional Adviser, Portfolio Adviser, Loca Space, CityWire, Investment Week, Property Funds World, EG, Europe Real Estate, Fund Strategy, and Commercial News Media. This publicity resulted in a delighted client and positive feedback for Seneca Property from numerous external parties.
Seneca Property is headquartered in Haydock, with a separate London office in St James’s Square. The division is managed by experienced real estate professional Jeff Morton, formerly an equity partner at property private equity firm, Henley Investments, and Managing Director at BlackRock, and Head of Investment for the £3 billion BlackRock UK Property Fund.
