It has been an exciting few months for our team, having secured a number of new clients and projects, boosting our best-in-class portfolio.

London Executive Offices (‘LEO’), a leading provider of luxury serviced office space, meeting rooms and virtual offices, has appointed us to implement a corporate communications programme, which encompasses profile-raising, media and stakeholder engagement. We will be supporting LEO’s growth at a time when the commercial property sector is seeing continued occupier demand for flexible, high-quality serviced office space in prominent locations. LEO’s portfolio of five-star properties spans some of London’s most distinguished addresses, from Mayfair to the City, and its all-inclusive, flexible solutions cater to the requirements both of large organisations and of small, emerging companies.

Realm, operator of the largest portfolio of outlet centres in the UK, has also appointed us to manage its corporate brief. The sector is seeing significant growth in popularity with both retailers and consumers, with outlets increasingly being seen as all-day retail and leisure destinations. Redwood will be conducting a coordinated communications campaign to enhance Realm’s profile in the retail industry as well as its engagement with stakeholders and media.

Internationally, we are delivering a communications programme for Arendon Development’s Oaks Prague development project. Comprising 220 residential units and a hotel, spa and 18-hole golf course, Oaks Prague is 12 miles from the Czech capital and centres on a chateau in the Bohemian countryside. The concept is a modern reinterpretation of agricultural villages from the early days of the first Czechoslovak Republic.

Kate Bourne, Managing Director at Redwood Consulting said: “We are proud to be working for such well-respected names across the industry – both these new appointments and supporting our many longstanding clients – delivering a range of exciting projects and campaigns.”
