We are looking to appoint a highly experienced, organised and efficient Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy office and provide high-level PA support to our four Directors and Executive Management Team. The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the office and all aspects of operational tasks as well housekeeping and financial admin support. The Office Manager reports directly to the Board Directors.
The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and able to manage a busy and varied workload. It is important that they can communicate effectively at every level and can demonstrate problem-solving skills as well as forward planning, identifying tasks or potential issues as they arise. They will be highly organised, and be able to create and manage complex reports in Excel. You will need to create professional, interactive presentations using PowerPoint and the ability to use other presentation software would be a great advantage.
The ideal candidate will be professional, with a positive attitude and cheerful manner who is happy to interact with the wider team to organise the social aspects of office life, anything from Friday afternoon drinks to birthday celebrations.
This position is a full time, permanent role.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
