Account Manager – Corporate communications and PR
We are looking for an account manager with at least three years’ experience with a corporate / b2b PR background, ideally including both media relations and marketing and communication consultancy and with some experience of agency life. You will have a demonstrable appetite for current affairs and interest in business news, the economy and the built environment. A background specifically in real estate PR is not essential but would certainly be advantageous and some local community communications and stakeholder engagement experience would be welcome also.
Key responsibilities will include management of the day-to-day running of some of Redwood’s flagship accounts spanning UK and European real estate. You will deliver strategies developed in co-ordination with the full account team and manage account executives and interns on allocated accounts, as well as playing a role in sourcing and securing new business leads for the agency. Our clients include some of the biggest names in the industry, ranging from institutional investors and developers to architects and agents as well as major regeneration schemes across the country.
Account Manager – Political and stakeholder communications
We are looking for a forward-thinking, proactive and dedicated account manager with at least three years’ experience and a strong background in public affairs within a strategic communications agency or in-house role.
You will have solid experience in running successful campaigns to support clients with development and planning goals. This will include stakeholder engagement and public consultation. We are looking for a demonstrable track-record of managing a variety of client accounts, as well as managing junior members of a team to ensure work is delivered to meet and surpass client expectations. A very good grasp of the central and local government landscape is essential as is the ability to deal confidently with senior individuals in the private and public sector. At this level, we expect the successful candidate to have exceptional written and presentation skills and be able to produce high quality content and materials including press releases, key messages and consultation materials. Experience of and interest in property, development and regeneration projects is desirable.
