The city that inspires me the most…
Manchester of course – I can’t stray too far from my northern roots. The city has grown so much over the years and the people who live there have continued to strive to make it a better place to live, work and socialise (we also offer delicious gravy, make a tasty brew and have a fantastic football team).
My greatest dining experience is…
Jack’s bar in Bangkok. Much to people’s surprise I love spicy food – I had a Thai-spicy green curry and it was delicious. I was also sat on Bangkok’s river front overlooking the harbour and bright city lights.
