Kate is the Managing Director of Redwood Consulting, responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as client relationship management. She provides a strategic overview for the company, helping to grow the business as well as develop and nurture its most valuable resource, the team.
For her clients, Kate provides strategic communications counsel to reflect top line corporate goals and business aims. Her organised and considered approach helps clients to present clear messages during challenging and changing times, supporting clients through corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Kate has run political and stakeholder programmes for major regeneration projects across the country, including the Old Market regeneration in Hereford.
Kate’s sound business and property knowledge and excellent media relationships allow her to work closely with her clients to deliver timely and targeted media profiling activity, building and sustaining individual and corporate public profiles.
Kate is passionate about cooking and devotes much of her spare time to developing her talents in the kitchen.
