Poppy is an Account Executive in Redwood’s political and stakeholder engagement team, advising a range of clients on how to consult local communities and secure their support.
Poppy’s approach, garnered by her experience of working in Andrea Leadsom MP’s constituency office, is based on building trust with the community and other stakeholders – ensuring their buy-in.
Working as a case worker, Poppy gained invaluable experience of constituency politics, building on her First Class BSc in Politics and International Relations. Before joining Redwood, Poppy completed her placement year at Ofgem as an Operations and Consumer Affairs Officer where she learnt the different elements which fuel energy policy and had the opportunity to help consumers during the height of the pandemic.
What am I passionate about outside of the office?
I love to dance and have recently restarted taking ballet classes after a short hiatus where I tried out other dance styles at University. I love the theatre and now that I’m working in London it is my goal to see as many shows as possible.
